Pick a filter, then copy the setting that matches your device. The free filters have no account, no limits and keep no logs.
Skoonveld's encrypted DoH endpoints are live. Router IPs and the Android Private DNS hostname currently point at Cloudflare for Families, which Skoonveld's free filters are built on; they will switch to Skoonveld's own resolver addresses when our anycast network launches. Either setting is safe to use today.
Security Filter
Blocks malware, phishing and scam domains. No content filtering.

Adult Filter
Blocks adult and explicit sites plus malware, and forces SafeSearch on Google, Bing and DuckDuckGo.

Family Filter
Everything in Adult, plus YouTube Restricted Mode, and blocking of proxies, VPNs and encrypted-DNS bypasses.

YouTube Restricted Mode and proxy blocking are only enforced on the Skoonveld DoH endpoint today. Router and Private DNS setups get the Adult filter behaviour until Skoonveld's own resolver IPs launch.
Which filter should I use?
- Security for offices and adults who only want protection from malicious sites.
- Adult for homes that want explicit content gone but still allow VPNs and unrestricted YouTube.
- Family for children's devices, schools and churches: it also stops the common ways of getting around a filter.
